PAYMENT POLICY

Medical services are provided and billed by our clinic.  Direct billing for Extended Health Insurance is provided by our clinic for eligible plans.  WSIB, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Bundle of Care Programs are accepted and directly billed. Our clinic and clinicians are fully licensed and FSCO certified.  Uninsured patients are accepted.

DO YOU DIRECT BILL?

 

Yes, we direct bill for all eligible Extended Health plans, Motor Vehicle Accidents, WSIB and Post-Operative Bundle of Care Programs.

ARE YOU FSCO CERTIFIED?

Yes, we are a fully licensed FSCO certified clinic.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY FAMILY PHYSICIAN TO COME TO THE CLINIC?

No, our physiotherapists are fully licensed registered and you do not need a referral, however some insurance companies require a note from your family physician for coverage.  We suggest you call your insurance company to inquire whether a referral is needed as every plan differs.  I

IF I DO NOT HAVE EXTENDED BENEFITS/INSURANCE, CAN I COME TO SEE A PHYSIOTHERAPIST AT YOUR CLINIC?

Yes, you most certainly can.  Our physiotherapists are fully licensed and registered. ALL ARE WELCOME!
